Summarize medical records and deposition transcripts in preparation of trial, mediation, arbitration or hearings, etc.

Document review for relevance, privilege and redaction. Privilege log preparation. Bates stamping and document production. 

Prepare trial notebooks, expert and lay witness binders, trial documents, trial exhibits according to scheduling order, juror cards, etc. 

For uncontested matters only: divorce, modifications, simple will, general power of attorney, durable health care power of attorney, bankruptcy, small claims, etc. 

Federal and State taxes for Individuals and small businesses (sole proprietors or single person LLCs). Application Renewal for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). Extensions and back taxes.

Notary/Loan Signing Agent by appointment only. Will travel.
